Our Mission Statement

Extended Homecare is licensed by the New York State Department of Health to provide Skilled Nursing and therapeutic Home Health Services to clients with Developmental Disabilities, including Acquired Brain Injuries, Neurological, Congenital and Related Behavioral Health Challenges.

It's employees are committed, through the utilization of a team approach, to providing comprehensive high quality services that are focused on the client's unique physiological, psychological and emotional needs.
